“There is a limit to suffering; there is no limit to joy.”
Cari Wright, HHP
Given intentional circumstances and a healthy alignment of self there is no limit to joy, health or thriving. What does it mean to be designed for thriving? It means that we are designed to heal and ultimately meant to discover our capacity for joy. It means that all of Life is designed to move us in the direction of what heals us. Even in the face of incredible stress, the natural technology of our human design is resilient and responsive, capable of “miraculous” recovery if the circumstances are in place to facilitate quantum shifts in our perspective, life and/or healthcare situation.
This may appear to be an overly ambitious or unrealistic pursuit. Perhaps the approach seems ambiguous but I assure you it is not. The body heals in a very organized way. Success in thriving distills down to the simple beliefs. The ability to trust yourself no matter what happens. The ability to persevere to overcome any challenge or stress. The ability to simply commit; being humbly compelled to consistently meet the basic needs of your body in terms of nutrition, practices and perspective. Here's the short list.
- Sleep is the number one nutrient.
- Healthy water and breath are tied for second place.
- Biochemically the primary needs for health are adequate amounts of key enzymes (which catalyze all chemical reactions in the body) and minerals (which catalyze enzymes).
- A calm, open disposition round out the priority list.
We approach health and health care through the multi-dimensional, infinite lens of quantum physics vs. the standardized, conventional medical model based solely on biochemistry. This quantum view of medicine includes biochemistry but reaches farther to include the energetic, electric and photonic (light) nature of the human design. The body contains at least 14 different energy meridians or rivers of electrical conduction that flow from head to toe joining all aspects along its path. The body is also contained with a larger energy field that extends out from the body 3-5 feet on average. The dynamic movement of this field is the most clear and reliable overall indicator of health or the absence of health when exposed to different stressors, supports, situations or circumstances.
In order to thrive all aspects of health and being: body, mind, spirit, soul, emotion and environment must be in alignment. The authentic alignment of self bridges the physical and energetic/spiritual to naturally organize all into harmonious well-being. Identifying your authentic quality of life activates the process. This is an internal job. Nothing outside of you will make you complete; no relationship, no job, no goal, amount of money, no external reality of any kind will sustain you long term. You will not achieve thriving; you simply thrive by living in alignment with the truth of who you are.
